CHILD and ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM

Children and adults need nutritious meals to lead healthy, productive
lives. The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a federally
funded entitlement program providing reimbursement for meals and
snacks served by participating nonresidential childcare and adult
day care centers. In New York State, this program is administered
by the NYS Department of Health.
